Computer Guru, LLC founder, Dr. Richard O'Brien, alone has over 34 years of experience in the computer technology profession. His experience includes: A Doctors Degree in Computer Science, Director of Operations for an Internet Service Provider, web design/hosting and computer networking/repair company, computer network security consultant for Fortune 25 corporations Global LAN/WAN's and provided 3rd tier technical support for computer/network repair and design.

Additionally, he has extensive experience in software programming, database development, web site design and building customized computers and servers for personal and business use.

Sandy O’Brien also has her degree in Information Technology. Sandy’s professional experience includes project management, telecommunications analysis and procurement and hardware / software installation and standardization for Fortune 25 companies.  Sandy also has many years experience installing various software applications and training end-users. 

Additionally, Sandy also has considerable experience in accounting and point-of-sale (POS) software, specializing in the QuickBooks software applications.
